I purchased the CPR V10000 call blocker. I am disappointed with it. The Red Call Block Button never seems to be working when I want to block a call. I have been able to enter them manually, but the unit is not working it is supposed to. I have had to RESETT the unit 5 times. Several times it has blocked calls from my friends and I know their number was not on the block list. Customer service is non-excitant. I called customer service - that was a waste of time. I still haven’t desided whether or not to keep the unite.
